Does the bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled in a reinforced box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If the bike isn't the right fit for you, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that the bike must be in 'like-new' condition and returned in its original packaging.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Mountain Bikes frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
