At Mountain Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
